How do I track my parcel?

Enter your tracking number in the box at the top of the page. We update the status every few minutes from the moment your parcel is scanned.

What if I'm not in for delivery?

We'll leave a card and offer three free redelivery options: to your address, a neighbour, or any of 1,200+ local Pickup points across the West Midlands.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes — every shipment includes £50 of cover at no extra cost. You can add higher-value cover up to £2,500 at checkout.

Do you collect from my address?

We collect from every West Midlands postcode (Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Hereford, Stafford, Telford), six days a week. Same-day collection is available if booked before 11am.

What postcode areas do you cover?

We collect and deliver in the West Midlands only — Birmingham (B), Coventry (CV), Dudley (DY), Walsall (WS), Wolverhampton (WV), Worcester (WR), Hereford (HR), Stafford (ST) and Telford (TF). Any address outside this area is rejected at booking time.
